Time and Material
We offer a Time & Material Model (T&M) to customers where projects are fluid and may be subject to change midstream. It provides greater flexibility in terms of developing and modifying the project specifications on an ongoing basis as needs change. It is an effort-based model with project costs flexing based on the number of resources and actual time spent.
Fixed Price
Under this Model, the customer has well defined and structured requirements and deliverables. In this model, we consider project specifications and offer a fixed quote and time to perform the project.
Agile Contracting
Is a flexible contemporary model with a phased approach that involves uninterrupted client involvement at every stage of the project. The project is divided into a series of defined tasks and Sprints, and after completing each segment a review is conducted to decide what is to be achieved in the next phase. Agile Contracting is suitable for both short-term and long-term projects where the customer is familiar with or uses agile delivery practices.
Staff Augmentation
This model allows customers to add staff to their teams based on the skills required to support their projects or initiatives. It provides cost effective control & flexibility without the need to engage resources fulltime or on fixed contracts. This is a good model for organisations looking to augment their workforce with skilled and trained talent with maximum flexibility.
Co-Development
We recommended the Co-Development model to customers who are looking to extend their in-house development resources for a particular project. In this model, the development cost can be paid in both Cost and Equity.
BOT
Under the BOT model, we provide the option for customers to have their own dedicated development team working within our premises, with the option to have them transition to employees of their organisation if desired. This model is suitable for organisations looking to test the success of having an offshore development team without the expense required to establish a local capability. Ideally suited to organisations needing teams of 20+ staff with a long-term delivery plan.
Hybrid
With our Hybrid model, we can provide a customised solution providing the flexibility of the Time & Material based model as well as setting certain limits akin to the Fixed price model. This model is suitable for projects where some elasticity is expected in the requirements during project delivery.
